A defining chapter of Jim’s career was his more than 20-year tenure with Seminole Gaming Administration and Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, where he served as Corporate Vice President of Security. In this senior executive role, he directed security, investigations, and compliance operations for six Florida casino-hotel properties while supporting Hard Rock International’s global network. His responsibilities included oversight of investigative functions tied to internal incidents, policy violations, asset protection concerns, regulatory matters, and operational reviews. He was instrumental in developing and implementing security standards, crisis management systems, and regulatory audit frameworks that became models of excellence across the enterprise. His leadership strengthened readiness, improved accountability, and enhanced the organization’s ability to respond effectively to incidents, audits, compliance issues, and investigative concerns. He also oversaw surveillance support, key control, fire safety, and executive protection for senior leadership and visiting dignitaries, demonstrating the breadth of his executive capabilities.

Earlier in his career, Jim held leadership roles with Capital Gaming Management, Inc., the Trump Organization, and several major Atlantic City properties, including Bally’s Park Place, Harrah’s Marina, and the Atlantic City Hilton. These roles gave him a broad operational foundation in high-volume gaming environments, multi-property security administration, investigative management, and regulatory compliance. They also sharpened his ability to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate incidents, conduct reviews, and integrate investigative discipline into broader business strategy.  Jim is also recognized as a trainer and subject matter expert committed to professional excellence. He has completed specialized instruction through the FBI, the U.S. Secret Service, the Smith & Wesson Academy, among others, and is an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Throughout his career, Jim Fair has combined investigative discipline with executive leadership to strengthen organizations, protect assets, and uphold operational integrity.
